How We're Dealing With Covid-19

Funny Horses

Oh, then it hits you.

You suddenly realise that your day-to-day life doesn’t change all that much when social distancing is implemented.
(That’s a lie, come with me and I’ll tell you why).

But that doesn’t mean we aren’t taking this pandemic very seriously, with extra precautions in place to make sure that your orders are packed and delivered to you in the safest way possible. Not only have we significantly ramped up our cleaning and hygiene processes, Colin and I are both conducting regular temperature checks and although he and I aren’t implementing the recommended social distancing between ourselves, we certain are with everyone else.

Our return and exchange policy haven’t changed but it may take a day or two longer than usual. We’re now isolating all parcels for a full 24 hours before processing, and we’re fully equipped with gloves and anti-bacterial spray.
You can read those policies HERE .

Our office and warehouse are located at our property in Speewah, Far North Queensland, a wee, little community close to Kuranda (a village up on the tablelands behind Cairns - yeah, we're fairly rural). That’s why your new riding pants may take a little longer to arrive.

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries within Australia and you might have noticed that at the moment, despite their increased efforts, deliveries are taking a little longer than usual. You might like to consider upgrading your shipping to Express. However, all of our Mother’s Day Gift Packs will be delivered Express as our gift to celebrate your Mum.

Australia Post have increased their efforts in other areas too to do their bit - if you require a signature on your parcel and you are present at the time of delivery, they will sign on your behalf.

There is only Colin and I with our horses and dogs here and we’re safe, well and happy. We're doing everything we can to stay that way and are taking that same approach with our community and our customers.

Our customers are important to us and we’re doing our bit to support our Ride Proud community. We’ve put together a Directory of Trainers and Coaches who are now offering virtual lessons. We want to support those who have supported us and help you to continue with your journey with your horses, despite not being able to attend clinics and shows.

On that, did you know we have a Private Community Group on FaceBook for Lovers of our Bootlegs? If that’s you we’d love you to join us.
Click HEREand we'll take you there.

Bootlegs? What Bootlegs?   Check them out HERE.
