US Shipping & Tariff Update
We’re a small, family-run Australian business, proudly based in North Queensland. Our garments are manufactured in India and shipped directly from Australia to customers around the world — including the United States.
With recent US government changes to import rules and tariffs, we want you to have the clearest, most up-to-date information we can give you.
As of today, parcels entering the USA require duties/tariffs to be prepaidbefore shipping (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP). Australia Post has paused standard US shipments while new systems are put in place.
We’re adapting now so your orders can continue smoothly as quickly as possible.

The US now requires duties/tariffs to be collected before dispatch.
🔹 Tariffs
- Current US tariff for Indian-made apparel is high. At present, many orders may be charged around 50%in duties/tariffs. (This is set by the US Government and may change.)
🔹 What this means for your order
- New US orders will be held until we can collect duties at checkout and until Australia Post reopens for shipment.
- You’ll be able to see and pay the exact landed cost before we ship.
- If you already placed an order, we’ve emailed you with options to hold or refund.
🔹 What we’re doing now
- Integrating a DDP checkout so duties are calculated and paid up front.
- Switching to commercial carriers who can clear DDP.
- Keeping customers updated by email as we roll this out.
- Continuing to offer value through our existing bundles, free shipping offers, and other promotions — and we’ll keep this page updated as soon as we have confirmed new information.

Will I be charged more than I already paid?
If you’ve already ordered, we will hold your order and contact you with the exact duty amount before shipping. You can choose to proceed or request a refund.
Why is there a tariff?
Tariffs are set by the US Government based on where goods are made. Our garments are made in India.
Can this change again?
Yes. These settings have changed multiple times already; if the rules are updated, we’ll adjust and notify you.

Shipping
We ship using the Australia Post Standard Shipping Service both within Australia and internationally. Orders are shipped next business day, if not the same day.
Australia and New Zealand: $10.00
Rest of the world: $20.00

Returns
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to exchange for another style or size or return it for a full refund (less shipping of course), no questions asked.
Our policy lasts 30 days, but having said that, we’re not strict about it. We understand life happens and things take time, particularly if you’re shopping from overseas. As long as that particular style is still current and available on the website we’ll happily refund or exchange.
