Refund policy

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to exchange for another style or size or return it for a full refund (less shipping of course), no questions asked.

Our policy lasts 30 days, but having said that, we’re not strict about it. We understand life happens and things take time, particularly if you’re shopping from overseas. As long as that particular style is still current and available on the website we’ll happily refund or exchange.

As stated below all items must be returned in an unused (unworn and unwashed), as new, resellable condition with the original packaging with all the tags intact

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Visit our Return & Exchange Centre
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused (unworn and unwashed), as new, resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (through sale or promotion)
  • Sale or Clearance items

 

What about Promotion T&Cs?

All T&Cs for promotions are as listed here on this page.

  • Gift with Purchase
    • Any returns (for refund) of items contributing to the free gift will need to also be returned, else the price of the free gift will reduce the refund amount.
  • Discounted 2nd Pair
    • If the first (full price) pair is returned for a refund the (discounted) pair will revert to a full price purchase. The refund amount will therefore be reduced by the amount of the discount
  • Final Sale, Final Stock, End of Line Sale
    • All sales are final. Meaning we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges of store credits so please carefully review the size chart and product description. 

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, we'll replace it! Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date and we'll get it sorted.

Can the items be exchanged?

Yes, of course! Once the exchange request is approved and the item is received by us, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Please note the cost of shipping back to us is your expense.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. When approved, the refund request will be processed within 1 - 2 working days after approval.

Incorrect Address "returned to sender"/ Couriers not able to deliver charges/ Attempted delivery charges 

Requests for refund ensuing from failure to provide a correct address, address at which a postal service/courier is able to deliver, failure to be at the premises if signature is required for which a re-charge, penalty fee or additional freight costs are incurred will be the responsibility of the Purchaser. Additional freight charges will be borne by the Purchaser. A Returned to Sender/Handling/return to stock fee (in the case of a refund) will be charged per parcel and will be the greater of additional returned freight costs or the return to sender fee charged by the courier.
