Free Gift for Riders

Great customer service. I won an encouragement award at a working Eq competition. For a complimentary riding shirt. I went onto the site, and oh my what a great range of riding pants and shirts.

I then saw the bundle deals, so went through those, realized the sizing is different depending on the garment . I contacted Ride Proud and Colleen responded, as I figured I would get a bundle deal and pay the difference. Which Coleen was so helpful, I really like the Windborne riding shirt, but out of stock. Got the Mythos with the wine coloured riding tights.

They were sent in an Australia Post satchel, which arrived rather quickly, they were individually wrapped with paper similar to tissue paper. I tried them on. Colleen nailed the correct sizing for me. I am used to riding tights that are thinner. Pull these ones in, and loved the quality of the material and even better super flattering.

I forgot to add the rider socks to my order as a free gift. Colleen fixed it up for me.

Great to deal with, I plan to buy the Windborne riding shirt, when my size comes back into stock.

100% rating for ride Proud, which I certainly will be doing that.

Love how much more confidence I have when riding hard while turning fast cattle when, sorting. We sort cattle in competition and need to win. The suede seat allows me to sit my saddle like I did in my younger years. Thank you! Will be ordering more soon.

I love these pants. I’ve bought 5 pairs of the Trail and 2 pairs of the jeans. Love the fabric and the suede full seat. Also love the monochrome color used for the fabric and the full seat. I wouldn’t change a thing. Been looking for many years for the fabric riding pants. Can’t wait for the gray Trail pants in U.S. size 10 to be restocked. Plan to order as soon as they’re available. Thanks!

Purchased two pants in different orders. First pair does not fit. What do I do next???

Beautiful material, these are made for a fuller figure. Length and waist is good. Way too baggy in the backside. Not made for skinny women.

I ordered twice, first time I really loved the pant but it was too snug at top to button, and I could see daylight through the seam in the bottom. I did not return them because the return shipping was a quarter of what the pants cost. The second order I placed was for two pair so I could save a small fee on shipping, Turns out, one size larger was much too large and the pants hang low, baggy and loose. I am going to package all three pair up to send them back. The shipping fee from US to AU is going to be a LOT but I'm willing to do it now that I have nearly $600 invested in THREE pairs of pants that I cannot wear. My mistake to invest so much into something I could not try on first.
