💡 How It Works
De minimis threshold: £135 is the UK’s cut-off for customs duty. Stay below that, and you avoid duty.
VAT: In theory, due at 20%. In practice, some parcels are processed without charges. It depends on HMRC and the courier.
Couriers: If VAT is charged, it’s collected at delivery, sometimes with a small handling fee (£8–£15).

✅ Most of our pants are priced under £135, which keeps them below the duty threshold.
✅ Adding a shirt or bundles may push your order above £135, where both duty and VAT will apply.
✅However bundling up to 3 shirts makes you eligible for our 10% discount and still keeps you below the £135 threshold.
🛍️ Some riders prefer to place smaller orders separately, others consolidate into one. The choice is yours.
🎁 Every pair of pants, jeans, or tights comes with a free pair of socks(worth £8).
They’re our gift to you, and because they’re free, they don’t add to your customs value.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship using the Australia Post Standard Shipping Service both within Australia and internationally. Orders are shipped next business day, if not the same day.
Australia and New Zealand: $10.00
Rest of the world: $20.00

Returns
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to exchange for another style or size or return it for a full refund (less shipping of course), no questions asked.
Our policy lasts 30 days, but having said that, we’re not strict about it. We understand life happens and things take time, particularly if you’re shopping from overseas. As long as that particular style is still current and available on the website we’ll happily refund or exchange.
