- You may pay local VAT when your parcel arrives:VAT rates vary by country (around 19–25%).
- We share the cost with you:Your automatic EU discount helps cover part of this, so you pay less than usual.
For example:
- A €150 pair of pants might normally attract ~€31 VAT.
- With our EU discount, you’ll pay closer to €15 at delivery.
(For larger orders above €150, customs may add duty — usually ~12% — in addition to VAT. Your EU discount still applies.)

Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship using the Australia Post Standard Shipping Service both within Australia and internationally. Orders are shipped next business day, if not the same day.
Australia and New Zealand: $10.00
Rest of the world: $20.00

Returns
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to exchange for another style or size or return it for a full refund (less shipping of course), no questions asked.
Our policy lasts 30 days, but having said that, we’re not strict about it. We understand life happens and things take time, particularly if you’re shopping from overseas. As long as that particular style is still current and available on the website we’ll happily refund or exchange.
