Our policy lasts 30 days, but having said that, we’re not strict about it. We understand life happens and things take time, particularly if you’re shopping from overseas. As long as that particular style is still current and available on the website we’ll happily refund or exchange.
Please ensure they are returned in ‘as new’ condition, that all labels are attached and that you take care to protect them when posting.
