"The stretch took a bit of getting used to because I'd been riding in western jeans but super comfortable. The phone pocket is fantastic. I love the footkeepers, only thing is, because I ride in long cowboy boots, I've had to move this slightly further up. I sew a lot, so this was no big deal for me but it might be a thing to think about offering. Also, I love that there is now unisex, hubby is eyeing off a pair 😊"

The New Horizons Horse Riding Jeans have all the great features of Ride Proud’s core competencies, with a few extra to boot!
For our western riders we have moved the underfoot keeper higher up the leg to accommodate traditional cowboy boots, as well as expanded the bootcut flare an extra few cm to leave room for your boot shaft without being too tight.
If you have a need for speed, nothing is going to beat the secure feeling of a full seat that keeps you in the saddle better than suede-on-suede contact.
When you wear your Horizon Riding Jeans with a full suede seat you can just drop the reins and let your pony fly.

Best ever
Ive been riding for more than 50 years now and these pants are the best pants I have ever come across. The material is fabulous. Construction is solid and feminizing. They fit true to size. Im very very pleased!

Best pants ever!
I have purchased other riding pants but these are far superior. The only wish I have is that they came in lengths, even regular and short. I have to hem these about 4 inches and in doing so I lose the pant keeper.

I waited a year for the new Horizons Riding Jeans to come in my size and they were worth the wait! Its hard to find riding jods in the U.S. so when I found Ride Proud its been a revelation. I love the trail jods and have 3 pairs but I really wanted jean jods. I wear a size 4 U.S. and the 8 AUS fits true to size. They are a bit more stretchy than the trail jods but I found that wearing a belt solves that issue, The boot cut is more generous than the trail jod and fits over my Ariat Fat Baby boots great! The hidden jod strap keeps my jeans from riding up. The first time I wore the Horizon jeans to the barn, I received multiple compliments on how flattering they are and where I found them. The pockets are handy for my keys, cell phone and horse cookies. I can wear them all day and look great and be comfortable!

They fit like I had them made custom!
My measurements of course didn’t perfectly match one size on the Sizing Chart so I chatted with an associate about my measurements in comparison and she suggested what size would be best! And I’ll say they are perfect. Not only do they fit well they are very attractive with the full seat being indistinguishable from the pant fabric- How cool is that!? Can’t wait to wear them in lessons, clinics and shows. Being in the US, it took a little longer to get here but tracking was great and definitely worth the slightly extended wait. Perfection for the mature woman equestrian
I cannot thank you enough for these riding pants. As a mature but fit rider I had become frustrated with having to ride in pants made for young women with youthful figures. Always too tight in the waist and too loose in the hips. Thanks to Ride Proud I can ride comfortably without seams rubbing and thigh chafing due to sliding around in ill fitting pants that I’m constantly hitching up. Worth every penny and I’m buying more.

I just got my Ride Proud jeans today and wore them in the Grand entry at the Ft.Worth Stock show and Rodeo Grand Entry. They were so comfortable! Love the pocket for my phone and no seam at my knee to rub when I ride. Awesome pants!

New Horizons horse riding jeans
I purchased my riding jeans specifically for long trail rides. I live in Ontario Canada and it took 3 weeks to arrive from Australia. I did have to pay a duty fee. After close inspection they are very well made. I especially like the suede non slip seat and under foot keeper as I find my normal jeans tend to ride up and twist. Also having a pocket on the leg being ideally situated is going to be a game changer. These are a generous fit with plenty of give. I could have gone a size smaller but wouldn’t want to be wearing tight riding pants on a long trail ride so I’ll keep them. I will likely leave another review in the future on performance and how they are after washing a few times. Hopefully some pictures out on the trails too.
