We're a family owned business, born and bred in Queensland, Australia - both the business and the family. We live on our little property on the Tablelands behind Cairns, with our horses and dogs.
Ride Proud Clothing was borne of necessity.
It came about simply because I couldn’t find what I wanted to wear. I’m not a dressage diva and quite frankly, my joddie days are behind me – if I ever had them. I’m not a cowgirl, that’s for sure. However, I found myself in either jodhpurs, or jeans, and comfortable in neither.
What I needed was bootleg jodhpurs. Let me explain. I wanted bootleg riding pants with all the features of a good quality pair of jodhpurs but the style of a fine pair of bootleg jeans.
So, with my husband, Colin and daughter, Celeste onboard I set about designing my own. I wanted quality, comfort and style in a purpose built riding pant. Together we've made Riding Proud Clothing what it is to date, but we're not done yet. In fact we're only just beginning.
We're really proud of our riding pants and we hope you love them.
